SHIPPING:

Once your order is received and payment has processed your order will be shipped out in 3-5 business days. We take precaution in packaging your order and strive for undamaged deliveries.

Please contact info@aileyredefined.com if you have not received your package within 10 business days of receiving your tracking information

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Yes, we do ship worldwide. We are not responsible for import taxes, duties, and custom fees. These may be required once your package reaches the country destination. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Please reach out to your local postal carrier for more information on customs and duties. 

We ship international orders within 3-5 business days of receipt. 

Returns/Refunds:

Due to the nature of our products returns are not accepted. All sales are final. If there are concerns please reach out to us at info@aileyredefined.com

Lost/Stolen Package:

Ailey Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your order due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. 

 Cancellation Policy:

We are unable to change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
